About the role
- Oversee logistics functions to promote efficiency, and goal alignment
- Assist in scheduling and organization of meetings, tracking key meeting requests and monitoring deadlines
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between the business and examination team
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and examiners
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Handle sensitive information with great discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Assist VP in daily task and operations as instructed
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of logistics management experience or equivalent is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office [Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel]
