Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
12+ years of experience in retirement benefits industry and/or consulting to large companies
Juris Doctorate (ERISA specialty) or similar credentials (e.g., ASPPA CPC)
Well-practiced knowledge of qualified Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans as well as non-qualified retirement design and compliance/taxation issues, legislative and regulatory requirements (ERISA/IRS/DOL)
Experience with drafting and/or reviewing qualified and non-qualified plan documents, SPDs, and other required employee benefit plan material.
Experience with IRS/DOL correction programs and submissions
Outstanding partnership skills and ability to inventively influence others across groups
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
