About the role
- Provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries
- Performs data audits, maintains data integrity, and creates and uses standard reports to ensure accuracy
- Supports configuration changes
- Collaborates with HR teams and technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality
Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of experience in human resources or an administrative role that includes experience working within an HRIS system
- Certification, training, or education in accounting, computer science, business management, human resources, or related field
- Experience with PeopleSoft
