About the role
- Provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries.
- Performs data audits, maintaining data integrity, and creating and using standard reports to ensure accuracy.
- Supports configuration changes.
- Collaborates with HR teams, technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality.
Requirements
- Four (4) or more years of experience in human resources in an administrative role that includes experience working within an HCM system.
- Certification, training, or education in accounting, computer science, business management, human resources, or related field.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Workday
