About the role
- Lead the statewide planning, coordination, and implementation of Vermont's RHTP award
- Oversee all program activities, including the Shared Services initiative
- Design and manage multiple workstreams, including 35+ grants and contracts totaling over $195 million a year
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting structures
- Oversee contractors and staff
- Coordinate federal grant management
- Ensure transparent progress monitoring, fiscal accountability, and measured outcomes aligned with the RHTP narrative.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of managerial experience in project development.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in data science, informatics, public administration, policy, or human services related field AND three (3) years of managerial experience in project development.
- OR Master’s degree in data science, informatics, public administration, policy, or human services related field AND two (2) years of managerial experience in project development.
- Candidates must pass any level of background investigation applicable to the position.
