💰 $31 - $48 per hour

About the role

  • Troubleshoot user issues, determine appropriate action for resolution and follow-through
  • Identify and provide training for LIMS and LWP users as needed
  • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for new system functionality
  • Assist with user acceptance testing
  • Configure and/or run LIMS queries to respond to laboratory test data requests from laboratory or departmental staff, and other partners
  • Collaborate with Lab and VDH IT staff and contractors, as well as state and federal partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree AND two (2) years technical level experience working in a business environment using an enterprise application system
  • OR Associates degree in business or computer science AND four (4) years experience at a technical level working in a business environment using an enterprise application system
  • OR Six (6) years experience at a technical level working in a business environment using an enterprise application system
  • Have comprehensive analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Be able to balance competing demands, urgent matters, and confidential material in a professional manner
  • Have a strong customer service focus
  • Be proficient in basic MS Office applications
