• Our client, a fast-growing technology company specializing in real time mobile analytics, is seeking a passionate Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive user retention and engagement within their mobile app ecosystem.
• Design and execute data-driven retention strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyze user data to segment audiences and tailor retention efforts.
• Develop detailed user lifecycle maps to identify touchpoints for retention.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel retention campaigns using push, in-app messaging, email, and SMS.
• Utilize personalization techniques and conduct A/B tests to improve retention.
• Collaborate with content, product, acquisition, and support teams to align retention initiatives.
• Monitor retention metrics (DAU, MAU, churn, LTV), perform cohort analysis, and report insights and recommendations.
