Content Marketing Manager

• Manage and fulfill client email requests for College Pads campaigns, coordinating and executing email sends requested by property management companies, landlords and higher education institutions
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and track completion of scheduled sends
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce manual workflows and improve the efficiency and scalability of email operations
• Own and grow College Pads' student-focused social presence (Instagram and TikTok), creating and scheduling on-trend content such as memes, housing tips, reels
• Monitor engagement, report on trends, and experiment with new formats to boost reach
• Create educational content (guides, videos, checklists, reels, infographics) to help students navigate off-campus housing
• Collaborate with copy and design teams to ensure content is visually engaging, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Repurpose partner-facing materials into formats and language that resonate with Gen Z student audiences
• Assist in market research by helping design, distribute, and analyze student surveys and feedback to inform content strategy and campaign planning
• Support StarRez-wide thought leadership and campaign initiatives: assist with content creation, logistics, promotion for webinars, research reports, and renter education initiatives
• Help coordinate cross-functional campaign activities spanning student, university, and industry audiences

Content Marketing Coordinator

Executive Assistant

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring preparedness for meetings, presentations, and travel.;Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and contingency planning.;Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, board sessions, and external engagements.;Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, maintaining professional and effective communication with board members, senior executives, investors, clients, and key partners, and managing highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity;Draft, review, and edit correspondence, ensuring tone and accuracy reflect the CEO’s voice and organizational standards.;Anticipate the needs of the CEO and provide proactive solutions to streamline decision-making and business operations.;Coordinate logistics for leadership team meetings, offsites, and strategic events, including agenda preparation and follow-up action tracking.

Customer Success Manager

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring consistency in process, customer engagement, and delivery of value
• Conduct regular 1:1s with CSMs to review accounts, provide feedback, and support career development
• Oversee onboarding and training for new team members; build scalable training resources
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies
• Monitor team performance against KPIs tied to NRR, customer health, and engagement
• Drive alignment across Customer Success, Services, and Support to ensure smooth customer transitions and continuity of service
• Maintain a select portfolio of customers, delivering the same high-touch success management expected of CSMs
• Drive adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction through regular engagement, consultative guidance, and proactive account planning
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to account-level NRR
• Conduct NPS follow-up conversations and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and our solutions
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of Customer Success programs, playbooks, and processes
• Provide monthly reporting to leadership on customer health, NRR trends, engagement, and NPS performance
• Partner cross-functionally to close feedback loops, improve onboarding and training processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
