You'll be instrumental in ensuring our university and property management clients experience the full value of our platform.
From onboarding new partners to fostering long-term relationships and facilitating contract renewals, you’ll play a key role in client satisfaction and retention.
You'll collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports the ongoing success of our partners in the off-campus housing ecosystem.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
