Account Manager

• Managing a generous portfolio of clients, with annualised spend ranging from £5000 - £12,000
• Dealing with overall account values of circa £1 million annually
• Nurturing your customer base which you will be targeted to retain and grow each quarter; along with the acquisition of new prospects that you will self-source
• Delivering growth sales from our full range of digital solutions (including agency products) - actively identifying and acquiring new digital opportunities by developing advertising programs that meet clients’ needs and the Yell agency minimum spend thresholds
• Responsible for delivering your Growth target of high value new business by actively identifying, hunting and acquiring new digital opportunities within the market
• Selling Yell’s digital product portfolio at a high level to propose the right commercial model that will maximise revenue and meet the customer requirements
• Building long lasting relationships with your account base
• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the wider business, including DAD’s, KAD’s, customer service and the Yell agency

• End-to-End Digital Advertising Management: Lead the process of recommending, securing, onboarding, and managing digital advertising solutions, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Collaborative Product Development: Partner closely with product development teams to ensure marketing solutions meet and exceed customer expectations, optimising effectiveness and user experience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Continuously monitor product performance, providing clients with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that maximise return on investment (ROI) and campaign success.
• Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge and offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Comprehensive Client Reporting: Deliver detailed, insightful reports on campaign performance, providing clear analysis and strategic recommendations for ongoing optimisation and success.

New Business Sales Executive

• Managing an elite portfolio of customers, with annualised spend ranging from £8000 - £70,000.
• Delivering growth sales primarily from our premium & bespoke products - actively identifying and acquiring new digital opportunities by developing advertising programs that meet clients’ needs and the Yell agency minimum spend thresholds.
• Working with your Field Sales Manager and team of BDM’s to drive high quality referral opportunities whilst supporting in the training and development of the BDM’s within your territory.
• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the business including your Digital Marketing Manager, whom you share your accounts with, product and commercial managers, L&D, marketing and finance.
• Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs for new and existing team members, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices within the team, leveraging your experience to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
