Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with PE firms, GPOs, and their portfolio companies.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and penetrate PE-backed prospects and maximize revenue within GPO/PE networks.
Collaborate with internal sales, business development, and category teams to drive successful sales strategies and ensure contract compliance.
Provide training and direction to sales teams on PE/GPO initiatives, opportunities, and strategies to expand the account base.
Guide RFPs/RFIs, pricing strategy, legal agreements, and custom program development for PE/GPO accounts.
Monitor business and market trends to inform and adapt sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to report on sales performance, contract compliance, and rebate/pricing opportunities.
Deliver presentations and business reviews to PE firms, GPOs, and Portcos to demonstrate value and progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within Private Equity, GPO, or related sectors (i.e. Financial Services).
Demonstrated success managing large, complex customers and selling to C-Suite level stakeholders.
