About the role
- Support the execution of strategies that bring Staples’ print services online and in-store
- Build and maintain digital experiences and support site initiatives to highlight print offerings
- Maintain product and promotional content in CMS tools
- Support online merchandising and manage campaign timelines
- Execute campaigns and site updates accurately and on time in alignment with brand standards
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reporting
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations teams
- Contribute to seasonal and targeted campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, ecommerce, or marketing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or eCommerce
- Prior experience supporting print, retail, or promotional marketing initiatives
- Experience with content management systems preferred
- Experience with digital merchandising or campaign execution
- Ability to provide guidance and informal mentorship during project workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to recommend process improvements and contribute new approaches
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
