About the role
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Stage and publish website content using our CMS (Webflow)
- Manage the moving pieces of marketing projects, keeping teammates aligned and campaigns on track (QA, creative production, campaign support)
- Take ownership of assigned marketing projects, ensuring details are executed flawlessly
- Coordinate printing of materials as necessary
- Support content publishing: Stage and publish updates to the website and Learn Centre
- Jump in where needed on other marketing priorities, including QA, creative production, and campaign support
Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup environment
- High sense of ownership and ability to figure things out
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excited to test, learn, and share what works
- Comfortable working with data; know how to read analytics and use insights to improve performance
- Legally able to work in Canada
