About the role
- Drive the scalability and efficiency of Marketplace operations
- Resolve operational challenges, lower cost structures, and improve delivery speeds
- Manage 3PL partnerships contributing to the $800M 2026 Marketplace Budget
- Increase revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and translate business objectives into operational strategies
- Support scalable infrastructure for future growth and operate with significant autonomy
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership and make independent decisions on high-impact issues
- Collaborate across distribution, fulfillment, fleet, furniture installation, and professional teams to deliver products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Preferred: Experience in a high-growth e-commerce or marketplace environment
- Preferred: Familiarity with supply chain systems and data analytics tools
