About the role
- Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
- Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
- Learn and use project management software.
- Prepare and assist in project documentation.
- Document resource needs and availability.
- Organize and schedule team meetings.
- Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.
- Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and help in adjustments.
- Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table
- Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative (Preferred)
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives (Preferred)
- Detailed and highly organizes (Preferred)
