About the role

  • Support Staples Technology Solutions (STS) customers with complex or escalated issues
  • Provide support to CSR internal team members escalating and resolving complex issues
  • Research and determine optimal resolutions and provide timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams and document details of customer contacts
  • Develop subject matter expertise across business areas and meet KPIs for quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and attendance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years customer service (or equivalent) experience OR previously demonstrated success in a CSR I or II role.
  • Distraction-free, designated workspace/home office with high-speed internet.
  • Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware set up.
  • Must be able to work 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern time for training.
  • After training, must be able to work 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern time.
  • Two years customer service experience within the past 5 years. (preferred)
  • Previous work from home experience. (preferred)
  • Experience providing customer service support to a technical customer base preferred (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
