Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Applied Economics, Data Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- 1 to 4 years of related professional experience
- Proficiency in using statistical software, including R or Python
- Understanding of urban economics and real estate development
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
