About the role
- Identify and prioritize key PMCM Infrastructure clients and growth opportunities across Canada, ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with priority clients to support long‑term portfolio growth and strategic positioning.
- Lead and support positioning efforts by coordinating internal expertise, including subject matter experts, technical leaders, and pursuit teams, to enhance competitiveness and improve capture outcomes.
- Guide and align Sector Leaders and Account Managers to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies, consistent communication, and coordinated pursuit of activity.
- Participate in major strategic pursuits, including early engagement, go/no‑go discussions, pursuit strategy development, proposal input, and interview preparation.
- Support accurate pipeline development by working with SLs and AMs to validate opportunities, monitor progress, and ensure visibility of key pursuits.
- Maintain regular client engagement through proactive outreach, meetings, and touchpoints to strengthen relationships and identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to manage MBD budgets, prioritize investments, and ensure resources are allocated to the highest‑value pursuits.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across business lines by facilitating regular communication, connecting internal resources, and supporting leadership reporting needs.
Requirements
- Ability to lead regional growth strategy development and execution in collaboration with cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong client development skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven experience leading major pursuits, including positioning, teaming, proposal development, and interview preparation.
- Strong understanding of MBD and sales processes, including pipeline management and pursuit budgeting.
- Ability to coach and align teams, facilitate collaboration, and coordinate internal expertise to support strategic pursuits.
- Skilled in managing budgets, prioritizing investments, and tracking MBD spend.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and leadership capabilities suited to a regional growth role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensure preferred.
