About the role
- Identify commercial priorities and new business opportunities within the territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major and potential customers, including wholesalers, indirect, and direct accounts for both brands
- Create, implement, and update a weekly work plan to achieve agreed sales targets and work goals
- Develop and execute sales plans and targeted promotional campaigns, measuring and reporting on results
- Provide Quality Market Information (QMI) and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Selling and negotiating skills – Selling the brands as well as the products
- Ability to understand and analyse data
- Good communication skills to Principle decision maker level
- Ability to ‘manage up’
- Ability to work in a structured and planned manner
- Knowledge of account management
