About the role
- Propose process improvements and automations for efficiency; ensure compliance with all procedures
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer issues; master product knowledge
- Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery; address issues promptly and inform management of significant deviations
- Respond to customer queries and resolve disputes related to deliveries, returns, and pricing
- Analyse KPIs with the team leader; ensure team training during absences
- Share skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit
Requirements
- Strong Dutch/French language skills along with operational English
- SAP experience (Desirable)
- PC literate and competent data entry skills in Excel
- Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
- Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
- Passionate to deliver great Customer Service
