About the role
- Manage a territory of Home Depot, Lowe's and ACE accounts as a remote/field-based Retail Territory Manager
- Manage retail accounts and daily activities including retail account visits and in-store activations
- Analyze metrics in Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad to map customer routing and identify opportunities
- Drive top-line sales to deliver quarterly and annual POS goals and develop territory sales plans
- Partner with Store and District Managers and Sales Operations to align strategies and ensure promotional inventory
- Execute national event activations, local territory activations and national overdrive strategies
- Engage store and district decision makers and retail service partners; conduct monthly district meetings and quality walks
- Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps, create plans, and drive execution; manage budgets (T&E, Demo Tool)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry
- Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
- Capable of handling, training on, and demonstrating products; ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Physical labor required including climbing ladders and standing for several hours
- Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans
- Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
