Product Manager

• Lead the product roadmap across digital platforms, defining vision and direction
• Track key engagement and adoption metrics to meet customer needs
• Partner closely with teams across eCommerce, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Support
• Establish the goals, strategy, and roadmap for developing customer-facing digital products
• Drive adoption of new capabilities with business partners
• Lead prioritization and trade-offs between business needs and operational feasibility
• Lead performance reviews with senior leadership, showcasing progress and opportunities
• Develop strategy by applying data analysis skills and maintaining a high design bar

Operations

• Monitor and expedite fulfillment of sales orders to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain contact with 3PL partners to understand their operations and capacities
• Serve as key point of contact for select 3PL sites for order management
• Resolve inquiries related to order fulfillment and shipping
• Provide monthly inbound reporting to 3PLs
• Coordinate container transloads and repositioning with Supply Chain planning and logistics team
• Support rework and circularity projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and forecasts
