About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the product roadmap across digital platforms, defining vision and direction
- Track key engagement and adoption metrics to meet customer needs
- Partner closely with teams across eCommerce, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Support
- Establish the goals, strategy, and roadmap for developing customer-facing digital products
- Drive adoption of new capabilities with business partners
- Lead prioritization and trade-offs between business needs and operational feasibility
- Lead performance reviews with senior leadership, showcasing progress and opportunities
- Develop strategy by applying data analysis skills and maintaining a high design bar
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, operations research, or similar areas
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, supply chain, or related subject area (preferred)
- Experience delivering product features and making thoughtful tradeoffs
- Owned and led technology products from concept through launch
- Skilled at influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
