About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and expedite fulfillment of sales orders to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
Maintain contact with 3PL partners to understand their operations and capacities
Serve as key point of contact for select 3PL sites for order management
Resolve inquiries related to order fulfillment and shipping
Provide monthly inbound reporting to 3PLs
Coordinate container transloads and repositioning with Supply Chain planning and logistics team
Support rework and circularity projects
Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and forecasts

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in omni-channel fulfillment operations (B2B and DTC) and account management
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
Detailed understanding of warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment procedures
Experience within an ERP, OMS, WMS, and vendor portals (experience with Manhattan, Maves, Vendor Central, Blue Yonder, and Oracle is a plus)
Ability to work within tight timelines and pivot quickly to changes in priority
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving competence
Must have the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
Proven track record of successful management of a 3PL B2B and DTC fulfillment network
Knowledge of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, and logistics
Willingness to travel up to 30% to 3PL partners for operational reviews
Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
