About the role
- Establish Therapeutic Relationships with patients and families.
- Obtain accurate assessment data and interpret as normal vs abnormal.
- Collaborate with health care team to develop individualized plan of care.
- Evaluate patient learning needs and provide necessary education.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Oncology experience in either Infusion, BMT, hematology or clinical trials.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
