About the role
- Conduct TJC EOC/Life Safety regulatory compliance program for SHC, as required.
- Lead role during survey activity audits.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and patients.
- Develop and implement protocols that meet the needs of the department.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a work related field
- 5 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Knowledge of TJC/OSHA/DHS/Department of Health and Fed/Cal Environmental Protection regulations and standards
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other key department leaders
- Ability to problem solve in an effective manner
- Skill in interviewing, auditing, and risk assessment
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification
