Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years managing engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in system design and architecture, with experience guiding teams to balance short-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience mentoring engineers and fostering career growth.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving execution in a high-stakes, outcome-driven environment.
  • Experience with metrics-driven development, such as building dashboards or tracking KPIs like first-pass yield or bug resolution SLAs.
  • Familiar with robotics or hardware/software integration (preferred but not required).
