Assist with organizing policy-related events, including webinars, book forums, Capitol Hill briefings, and the Julian L. Simon Memorial Award Dinner
Help with event registration and logistics
Design promotional materials
Conduct topic, venue, and speaker research
Work alongside CEI experts and communications and marketing staff
Support other teams as needed (policy/research, marketing, philanthropy/fundraising, government affairs, events, litigation, and IT)
Participate in Stand Together Fellowships' professional development programming and attend the in-person summit
Requirements
Must be geographically located within the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. through the duration of the program
Must be available every other Thursday (Jan. 22, Feb. 12, Feb. 26, March 12, March 26, and April 9) from 1-3:30 PM ET and attend in-person summit Feb. 6-7 in Arlington, VA
Strong interest in policy and politics, capitalism and economics, and libertarian/conservative principles
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential and private information
Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Students and recent graduates encouraged to apply
Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (24 hours/week) participation
