Develop and manage a dynamic and interactive community of partners engaged in key initiatives (neighborhood transformation, family well-being, addiction, entrepreneurship)
Perform investment analysis to make grant recommendations and steward grant performance
Serve as a Principle Based Management coach and advisor
Facilitate group sessions and community-wide meetings to solicit and share ideas and knowledge
Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate updates across stakeholder groups
Understand partner goals and develop a point of view to create value and drive progress against shared goals
Quantify and share learnings and best practices from Wichita initiatives with the national city strategy team
Requirements
At least 5+ years of professional experience
Strong project management skills with examples of driving projects through completion
Demonstrated ability to earn and gain trust among peer groups and customers
Intentional, radically curious, and customer-focused approach to relationship building
Passion for learning and applying organizational principles (Principle Based Management)
Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and culture
Ability to travel up to 20% within the United States
Experience in non-profit leadership, investment analysis, sales, customer success, events/hospitality, or PBM culture (preferred)
Experience helping people overcome cycles of poverty (paid or unpaid) (preferred)
Deep local connections within Wichita (preferred)
Experience applying formal methodologies or CRM systems, moves management (preferred)
