Be a trusted resource for both current and new customers on all aspects of Stampli’s Financial Operations Platform.
Proactively explore AI-driven methods to enhance customer support efficiency to streamline invoice processing and approval workflows.
Assist customers in leveraging AI-powered features, such as Billy the Bot™, to automate invoice processing, approvals, and communications—maximizing efficiency and minimizing manual work.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Organized, curious, and motivated to learn
Experience with Purchase Orders
Experience with ERP's (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Service oriented and collaborative
Positive energy
Experience nurturing relationships with vendors
Knows their debits and credits (and has done postings before)
Familiarity with AI-based automation tools in finance operations or a strong desire to develop expertise in enhancing AP workflows through technology
