About the role
- Lead the execution of complex digital marketing workstreams, including social media and email campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and at the LFL standard of excellence
- Act as a right hand to the Client, translating high-level vision into actionable project plans
- Stay at the forefront of the Client's product landscape and a passionate advocate for AI tools and future-tech.
- Maintain high-touch communication with internal teams and Client partners, ensuring clarity on project health and deliverables
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Program Management or Senior Digital Production
- Strong portfolio of digital marketing campaigns (Social/Email/Web)
- Exceptional communication and "people" skills—you are a dot-connector
- Prior experience with Client's ecosystem is a significant plus
- Interest/Experience in AI and emerging tech is highly preferred
