About the role
- Schedule, post, and manage content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Engage with relevant accounts to increase reach and visibility
- Assist with basic content editing and formatting
- Create and send newsletters
- Support blog publishing and content updates
- Perform general administrative and digital support tasks
- Follow posting schedules and brand guidelines
- Gradually take on additional responsibilities as training progresses
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual, can speak fluent English and Spanish
- Experience managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube preferred)
- Familiarity with basic content editing tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to use a U.S.-based VPN for work purposes
