Manager

• Support all elements of environmental management and compliance from land acquisition through data center operations
• Support implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing maintenance of the Environmental Compliance Program
• Assist with local and federal compliance obligations

• Lead and oversee civil engineering design efforts for data center development projects
• Direct and manage civil engineers, design professionals, and engineering consultants

• Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, safety standards, industry codes, and standards

• Develop and implement project execution strategies

Manager, Civil Engineering

Electrical Engineer

• Lead all technical aspects of OFCI electrical equipment strategy, specification development, procurement support, factory testing, integration, and deployment across multiple concurrent data center projects.
• Serve as STACK’s subject matter expert for mission critical electrical infrastructure systems including: Medium-voltage utility distribution systems, Diesel standby generator systems, UPS systems and battery technologies, Switchgear and switchboards, Transformers and busway systems, Static transfer switches (STS), Power monitoring and EPMS/SCADA systems, Grounding and bonding systems, Concurrently maintainable and fault-tolerant electrical topologies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and operational turnover phases.
• Lead technical review, validation, and approval of engineering deliverables produced by EORs, vendors, manufacturers, and consultants to ensure compliance with STACK standards, operational reliability, scalability, and constructability requirements.
• Drive rapid technical decision-making and issue resolution in support of fast-track hyperscale development schedules and aggressive project milestones.
• Manage technical coordination between Development, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Commissioning, and external engineering partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead technical evaluation and selection of OFCI electrical equipment vendors and manufacturers, including: Technical bid evaluations, Submittal reviews, Factory witness testing (FWT), Equipment performance validation, Long-lead equipment procurement strategy.
• Review and resolve RFIs, field issues, design clarifications, commissioning findings, and technical risks in real time to minimize schedule impacts.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Basis of Design (BOD) standards, electrical design standards, procurement specifications, and technical governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on: Speed-to-market execution, Reliability and resiliency, Constructability, Scalability, Operational maintainability, Energy efficiency, Cost optimization.
• Provide technical oversight for electrical infrastructure integration and energization activities during construction and commissioning.
• Support operational teams with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, infrastructure upgrades, and reliability improvement initiatives across existing facilities.
• Evaluate emerging electrical technologies and infrastructure solutions for applicability within hyperscale and colocation environments.
• Lead and mentor internal engineering personnel while promoting accountability, technical rigor, and execution excellence.
• Support portfolio-wide capital planning and long-term electrical infrastructure strategy development.
• Travel to project sites, vendor factories, and operational facilities as required to support project execution and technical oversight.

Security Engineer

• Serve as the executive advisor to senior leadership on enterprise security risks, emerging threats, and strategic security investments
• Present security strategy, performance metrics, and enterprise risk updates to Executive Leadership
• Own the physical security of STACK’s corporate offices, operational data centers, and construction sites, including the advisory relationship with general contractors and verification of contractor security plans on the construction side
• Establish governance, policies, standards, performance metrics, and continuous improvement processes
• Develop the enterprise roadmap for physical security technologies, including access control, video security, visitor management, and emerging security solutions
