About the role
- Anticipate, manage and support the work, priorities and goals of the Chief Product & Technology Officer allowing them to maximize their efficiency and impact
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare content for department and leadership meetings and communications
- Manage high volume calendars and schedule complex meetings
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity
- Comprehend complex organizational operations and demonstrate an ability to make well-reasoned recommendations to executives and their teams to streamline functions
- Work as a strategic and collaborative partner to executives, peers, and leaders within the PDEC organization
- Coordinate meeting, event, and travel logistics as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, providing direct support for executives and their organization
- Experience working with technology organizations
- Proficiency with Google Suite required, and familiarity with Slack strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and optimization, specifically in regards to meeting planning, communication, and prioritization
- Passion for product development, learning new skills/concepts/systems, and project management
- Excel at working collaboratively across departments and building trust with cross-functional partners
- Extremely detail-oriented with exemplary time-management skills
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment; experience supporting remote executives and teams across multiple time zones is a plus
- Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment
- A self-starter, resourceful, and intuitive, enabling you to identify opportunities and make decisions with minimal guidance or direction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to best represent yourself, our executives and Stack Overflow.
