💰 $24 - $36 per hour

About the role

  • Responsible for effective creation, organization, updating, implementation, monitoring and reporting of scheduling templates.
  • Work to create and implement revenue cycle operational policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cardiovascular department leaders.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and reporting of access and operational data.
  • Interface with health system’s information systems and IT teams for report development.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Epic Cadence Certification (within 1 year of hire date) Preferred
  • Three (3) years’ of experience in healthcare setting Required
  • Ability to adapt quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.
  • Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with minimal supervision.
  • Basic to intermediate ability and experience in computer applications, particularly electronic medical records systems and MS Office.
