About the role

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Revenue Cycle Organization (RCO) employee training and quality assurance
  • Develops, implements and maintains a robust feedback system between quality assurance, training, and revenue cycle operations to ensure continuous learning and process enhancement.
  • Oversees the design, development, implementation and management of comprehensive revenue cycle training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Ensures training content aligns with regulatory requirements, organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Directs the monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness, partnering with revenue cycle operations to make data-driven decisions to refine programs and improve staff performance.
  • Oversees revenue cycle quality audit process, ensuring accuracy for front and back revenue cycle.
  • Identifies root causes of revenue cycle errors and responsible for communication and collaboration with operational leaders to implement corrections as needed.
  • Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Five years' experience, with three years in leadership
