Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Revenue Cycle Organization (RCO) employee training and quality assurance
Develops, implements and maintains a robust feedback system between quality assurance, training, and revenue cycle operations to ensure continuous learning and process enhancement.
Oversees the design, development, implementation and management of comprehensive revenue cycle training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Ensures training content aligns with regulatory requirements, organizational goals and industry best practices.
Directs the monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness, partnering with revenue cycle operations to make data-driven decisions to refine programs and improve staff performance.
Oversees revenue cycle quality audit process, ensuring accuracy for front and back revenue cycle.
Identifies root causes of revenue cycle errors and responsible for communication and collaboration with operational leaders to implement corrections as needed.
Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
Five years' experience, with three years in leadership
