Accountant

• Serve as the primary Accountant for SSIA, including: Receipting and applying incoming funds
• Managing vendor payments
• Assisting with month-end close processes
• Support SSIU Accounts Receivable functions, including: Processing Notices of Intent to Cancel (NOICs) and cancellations
• Maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and follow-ups
• Provide backup and support for key accounting functions, including: Assisting with team responsibilities during absences
• Supporting vendor payables during high-volume periods (approximately one week per month)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial processes
