About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and expand the company’s market share in Kazakhstan.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team, including business development, sales, and marketing professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Institutional clients.
  • Manage the country’s P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner/client needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as the company’s official representative in Kazakhstan, enhancing brand visibility through networking, industry events, and media engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FX and CFD brokerage industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of the Kazakh financial market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is required.
  • Knowledge of Kazakh is considered an advantage.
