About the role
- Lead and oversee all construction activities within the assigned organization – Xcel.
- Ensure consistent execution of construction projects in alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Support estimating, project development, and bid review processes to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, customers, and internal partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the construction industry or a related field, including 5+ years in a supervisory and project management capacity
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of Project, Access, and SAP preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (construction management, engineering, business, or related field)
