Manager

• Manage and administer condominium owner associations under the German Condominium Act (WEG)
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, service providers and insurers
• Conduct document and invoice reviews and attend supervisory board meetings
• Responsible for the preparation, follow-up and execution of owners' meetings
• Prepare minutes and decision records and ensure proper implementation of resolutions
• Perform regular property inspections
• Award and monitor supply, maintenance and service contracts
• Commission, supervise and handle repair and restoration measures
• Process claims and insurance cases
• Correspond with owners, lawyers, authorities, insurers and external service providers
• Assist in preparing budgets, service charge statements and operating cost reconciliations
• Work closely with accounting and receivables management
• Identify optimization potential (technical and economic)
