• Bearbeitest Schadens- und Versicherungsfälle
• Korrespondierst mit Eigentümern, Rechtsanwälten, Behörden, Versicherungen, externen Dienstleistern, usw.
• Wirkst bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen, Wohngeldabrechnungen sowie Betriebskostenabrechnungen mit
• Arbeitest zusammen mit der Buchhaltung sowie dem Forderungsmanagement
• Erkennst Optimierungspotentiale (technisch, wirtschaftlich)

Property Manager – WEG-Verwalter

• Sorgst für die Vermietung des dir übertragenen Immobilienbestandes
• Führst Objektbesichtigungen sowie Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben durch
• Bereitest Mietverträge vor und erstellst diese
• Korrespondiert mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Behörden und externen Firmen
• Führst Mietanpassungen durch
• Verwaltest eigenständig den dir übertragenen Immobilienbestand

Immobilienkaufmann – Property Manager
