About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage leasing for the property portfolio assigned to you
- Conduct property viewings as well as move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
- Prepare and draw up rental agreements
- Correspond with owners, tenants, authorities, and external service providers
- Carry out rent adjustments
- Independently manage the property portfolio assigned to you
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in real estate
- Proven expertise in property management with relevant experience in the specified tasks
- Highly service- and customer-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Structured and methodical with the ability to work independently
- Extremely reliable, accountable, and able to work well in a team
- Willing to try new approaches and take on challenges
- Proactive and asks for support when needed
- Experienced with various ERP systems as well as Microsoft Office
- Valid Class B (car) driving license
