Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for leasing the property portfolio assigned to you
Conduct property viewings as well as move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
Prepare and draft lease agreements
Correspond with property owners, tenants, authorities, and external contractors/companies
Carry out rent adjustments
Independently manage the property portfolio entrusted to you

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in real estate
Proven experience in property management and relevant expertise in the responsibilities listed
Highly service- and customer-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
Structured and methodical with the ability to work independently
Highly reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
Willing to take on new challenges and try new approaches
Proactive and asks questions when support is needed
Experienced with various ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Valid Class B driving license
