About the role
- Sprout Social is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO).\n
- This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CTO.\n
- You will manage complex schedules, tackle strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.\n
- Collaborate with leadership to align priorities and maintain effective communication across teams.\n
- Responsibilities include calendar/meetings coordination, cross-functional project work, travel & expense coordination, and event management.\n
- Support administrative tasks and budgets for technical operations and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including previous or current experience as an Executive Assistant\n
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of managing complex engineering and product operations.\n
- High proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and collaboration platforms (Confluence) used in engineering and product management.\n
- Extensive experience with expense management and travel booking software
