Account Manager

• Design and run startup-facing programs—events, webinars, roundtables, accelerator partnerships, and community initiatives—to build brand visibility and generate qualified sales opportunities
• Own the startup acquisition pipeline: identify, engage, and convert Bay Area startups into Sprinto customers
• Act as both a community builder and a sales driver, balancing ecosystem credibility with revenue attainment
• Develop partnerships with accelerators, incubators, venture firms, and startup communities to open doors to new revenue opportunities
• Run discovery conversations, demos, and follow-ups in collaboration with the sales team to ensure pipeline conversion
• Track and report revenue-related metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue attained from startup programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, and Sales teams to align outreach with business goals
• Represent Sprinto as a trusted advisor to the Bay Area startup ecosystem in community settings and one-on-one founder conversations

Startup Partnerships Manager

• 1. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
• Identify, qualify and recruit new Mid-Market–focused partners (consulting firms, MSPs/MSSPs, channel partners) across EU & UK every quarter.
• Drive seamless onboarding: coordinate legal, enablement training, co-marketing kick-off.
• 2. Partner Enablement & Co-Selling
• Develop and deliver enablement content (offerings and joint value proposition decks, joint business plans).
• Co-lead sales engagements with the Sales teams; attend partner customer calls.
• 3. Partner Success & Growth
• Monitor partner health: pipeline, deal registration, deal velocity and win rates.
• Execute quarterly business reviews to align on goals and co-sell strategies.
• 4. GTM Strategy & Operations
• Own partner scorecards and quarterly targets; refine partner segmentation and tiering.
