About the role

  • Own the Americas partner P&L driving sourced and influenced revenue
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic partners
  • Co-develop joint GTM plans with top partners
  • Ensure partner coverage across strategic accounts including Fortune 500 customers
  • Work cross-functionally to drive partner-influenced NRR
  • Lead partner performance reviews and tiering decisions
  • Recruit and onboard new partners with clear ramp strategies
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of regional alliance managers across AMER

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partnership leadership
  • Proven track record of generating $50M+ in partner-sourced or partner-influenced ARR in a prior role
  • Deep relationships with senior stakeholders at major GSIs and regional SIs in North America
  • Executive presence and commercial acumen for leading complex negotiations
  • Data-driven operational abilities with pipeline management
  • Experience leading teams across multiple geographies and time zones; prior VP-level leadership preferred
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr’s market or adjacent domains (CX, CCaaS, social, marketing technology) is a strong plus
