About the role

  • Lead strategic operational efficiency initiatives by diagnosing workflow, system, and cross-functional inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance scalability.
  • Translate margin targets into actionable operational initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
  • Own complex, cross-functional programs across Operations and adjacent teams (Product, Revenue, Finance, Clinical).
  • Establish governance structures, milestones, and success metrics to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at impact.
  • Build business cases for automation, tooling improvements, vendor optimization, and process redesign.
  • Connect financial targets to day-to-day operations through performance dashboards, KPI rigor, and accountability cadences.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategic operations; top-tier consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of operating experience at a high-growth or scale-stage company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record driving operational or cost-efficiency initiatives tied to financial outcomes.
  • Understanding of how AI tools can be applied to manual processes, with the ability to evaluate ROI, risks, and change management considerations.
  • Strong financial fluency - comfort working with margin models, cost structures, and performance metrics.
  • BA or BS in any field required; MBA strongly preferred.
