Requirements
Relevant experience of major donor fundraising with an excellent track record of initiating new relationships and securing significant financial gifts.
Proven experience of developing, networking, and enhancing donor relationships.
Manage a complex pool of prospects and donors.
Experience of leading, inspiring and line managing fundraisers.
Developing effective working relationships across an organisation, including senior staff and volunteers.
A professional and enterprising solutions-focused approach.
Clear, concise written communication skills.
