Frontend Engineer

• Design and implement features spanning the full stack: Go services, REST/WebSocket APIs, and React UI
• Work across multiple product surfaces including Front of House (POS terminals) and Back of House (management tools)
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to ship features end-to-end

Account Manager

• Develop strategies to increase partner participation, referral activity, and revenue contribution
• Work directly with partner sales teams on lead sharing, co-selling, co-branded marketing, and sales support efforts
• Educate strategic referral partner sales teams on the value of SpotOn’s suite of restaurant solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of partner organizations, including frontline teams, management, and leadership
• Collaborate with marketing and partner-enablement on resources and collateral needed to support partner sales efforts and education
• Collaborate with Sales Operations on lead management, speed to lead, lead assignment and lead tracking
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned partner networks and ecosystems that support SpotOn’s revenue objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, sales-supporting collateral, targeted marketing and training programs that boost sales efficiency
• Execute CRM expectations and appropriate data recording/tracking
• Act as an internal resource for partner-related questions and information for the SpotOn Sales Organization
• Planning, coordination, and execution of partner events, conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, and educational sessions while ensuring appropriate SpotOn representation and follow-up activities
• Develop and execute strategic partnership growth plans, conduct regular business reviews, and analyze performance metrics

• Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants

• Hit sales targets, with a particular focus on selling software & point-of-sale solutions along with payment processing

• Build Training Resources: Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, tutorials, video demonstrations, and interactive modules, to support ongoing learning and development. Ensure that training resources are accessible and user-friendly, catering to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Provide Remote Training: Conduct remote training sessions via Zoom. Effectively leverage technology to deliver engaging and interactive training experiences, fostering active participation and knowledge retention.
• Facilitate Q&A Sessions: Host interactive Q&A sessions during training sessions to address client questions and concerns in real-time. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide clear and concise explanations and solutions, ensuring that participants feel supported and empowered.
• Encourage Active Participation: Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging active participation and discussion among training participants. Facilitate group activities, case studies, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning objectives and promote peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
• Take Detailed Notes: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of training sessions, including participant feedback, questions, and discussion points. Compile detailed training reports and summaries to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform future training initiatives.
• Continuously Improve Training Materials: Regularly review and update training materials and resources to reflect software updates, industry trends, and best practices. Solicit feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and refinement, ensuring that training content remains relevant and impactful.
