• Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants

• Rapidly build functional AI-powered tools and automations using APIs, workflow orchestration platforms, and lightweight scripting.

• Be a driving force of defining the product strategy for your product areas and a major influencer in SpotOn’s overall product strategy.
• Manage a team of Product Managers as the team investigates market opportunities, builds the product roadmap, and makes strategic adjustments as needed based on client needs, data, and business priority.
• Be creative in your approach to product vision and design. We believe that it’s SpotOn’s goal not to chase what’s already out there, but rather to author the future of the industry we love.
• Work with multiple cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Support to elicit, understand, rationalize, and prioritize requests for new functionality.
• Assess market competition, client preferences, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify what is needed to maintain a competitive advantage and sustained growth.
• Continuously test and leverage insights to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders to serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as product marketing, on the creation of positioning for your products.

Senior Director of Product

Data Engineer

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our reporting and analytics platforms.
• Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations using ClickHouse, Streamkap, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Kafka, and AWS.
• Write and Optimize SQL queries that drive merchant reporting outcomes and improve database performance across large-scale, distributed systems.
• Contribute to defining and refining system architectures, including cloud infrastructure and containerization strategies.
• Implement robust data observability monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Grafana, Metaplane, and OpenTelemetry.

Client Services Representative

• Follow standard operating procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
• Accurately document all client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Talkdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Identify recurring questions or issues and share feedback to improve internal processes and knowledge resources.
• Support the creation and maintenance of client-facing documentation and self-service tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine software or technical issues for Restaurant POS systems, payment devices, and peripherals.
• Guide clients through basic configuration, updates, and usage of POS software features.
• Perform initial diagnostics and collect relevant logs or data to assist in issue resolution.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 Support while ensuring smooth handoff and accurate case documentation.
• Learn and apply troubleshooting best practices to continuously strengthen technical proficiency.
• Communicate clearly and professionally mainly across phone, occasionally via chat, and email channels.
• Translate technical information into easy-to-understand guidance for non-technical users.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and ownership in all client interactions.

• Manage multiple support cases efficiently while maintaining SLA and quality standards.

Client Support Expert I – Software/Technical

Account Manager

• Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce & DealHub for new deals, add-ons/upgrades, change of ownerships, and re-books
• Generate quotes, complete digital applications and enter deal data toward underwriting submission
• Work closely with Underwriting on incomplete applications and deals on hold
• Drive clear communication of requirements and next steps to the sales team
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Implementation, and Support to keep deals moving
• Process equipment add-ons and orders across multiple channels
• Maintain internal tracking of DealHub add-ons and coordination with shipping/fulfillment partners (POSRG, SpotOn, etc.)
• Monitor missing shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure correct fulfillment; send tracking and invoice details
• Receive, review and action Salesforce cases from sales reps and internal partners; verify deal details (MID, quote, proposal, documentation)
• Maintain spreadsheets and tracking logs for equipment cases and updates
• Send invoices and process billing in NetSuite and Salesforce; initiate credit memos and refunds (SOPF fees, billing corrections, etc.)
• Manage SaaS increases/decreases, billing changes, terminations, seasonal/paused accounts and communicate billing status
• Receive cancellation requests and coordinate equipment returns; verify eligibility and partner with Support on refunds and credit memos after approval
• Serve as the primary operational support contact for the sales teams, provide status updates and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

• Own and manage the product roadmap—making thoughtful, data-informed trade-offs based on customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities.

• Lead a continuous cycle of experimentation, learning, and iteration, using insights and data to guide product decisions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, acting as the product’s advocate and voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as product marketing, on the creation of positioning for your products.
