About the role

  • Inspire and educate internal and external teams on the power of creativity
  • Develop long-term brand and vertical strategies in partnership with sales
  • Act as an essential partner to the US Advertising Business and marketing liaison
  • Conduct marketing workshops and industry events as a Spotify evangelist
  • Create integrated creative narratives that drive awareness and demand
  • Partner with clients and agencies to develop award-winning advertising
  • Identify and maintain a unique position for Spotify’s creative offerings
  • Drive approach to key clients and coordination
  • Facilitate inspirational workshops with mid and senior level partners
  • Collaborate with other teams within Creative Lab to ensure high-quality execution
  • Develop thought leadership on advertising and creative trends

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in creative direction, creative strategy at a platform, media brand or agency
  • Ability to develop compelling, thought provoking creative and strategic narratives that best demonstrate the creative potential of our platform
  • World class presenter capable of delivering narratives persuasively to varied audience sizes
  • Quick thinker capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life
  • Experience managing own workflows and internal/external processes
  • Experience working with mid to senior level stakeholders at media agencies, creative agencies, and brands
  • Keen observer of culture with understanding of visual, digital and tech trends
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills
