About the role

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for flagship products for artists and their teams from ideation to launch and adoption.
  • Collaborate with our Product teams on developing new products, including product value proposition, communication strategy, naming, and pricing.
  • Work closely with our Sales and partner-facing teams to bring products to market thoughtfully.
  • Develop marketing programs & campaigns to drive product engagement in partnership with the wider Spotify for Artists Marketing team.
  • Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand artists’ needs and the competitive landscape in close partnership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product marketing for a media or tech company.
  • You have worked with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, research, and sales functions.
  • You have experience influencing product development and product strategy.
  • You’ve launched and driven adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs.
  • You’re comfortable developing marketing strategies and campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience in the music industry, experience with advertising tools
